This time, on (Wed) June 23rd and (Thu) 24th, 2021, at Pia Arena MM
It has been decided that the online live concert with an audience, "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM Road to "one-man tour 2021-2022" will be held.

The recording of the live performance at Pia Arena MM will be streamed online from 8:00 p.m. on (Sat), July 10, 2021.
The archive period is scheduled to run from after the distribution (Sat), July 10th until 23:59 (Sun) July 18th.
For details, please check the page of each distribution platform.

Please note that this performance will not be eligible for a rescheduled performance of "2020 - Arena Travelers-".

We will comply with the guidelines set by the government and local governments and make every effort to ensure that everyone can visit with peace of mind.

※ Regarding identity verification
For this performance, you will be asked to show your ticket displayed on your smartphone to verify your identity. If you do not have a smartphone with you, please check the following and bring your identification documents with you.

◆How to apply if your companion does not have a smartphone, how to enter on the day, and identity verification◆

Even if your companion does not have a smartphone, they will need to register (free of charge) for Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID).
On the ticket application screen, in the section for your companion's "ticket collection phone number," please enter the representative's smartphone number to complete the application.
If you are selected, we will verify the identity of your accompanying person on the day of the performance. Please bring the following identification documents to the "Special Response Desk" to verify your information registered in Plus member ID and your accompanying person's ID.

*Please note that if there is an error in your identification, you may be asked to fill in personal information such as your address, name, and phone number on the confirmation document.
*If unauthorized purchases are discovered, you will be denied entry. In that case, we will not be able to refund your ticket or cover your travel expenses.
*It is expected to be very crowded just before the show starts, so please make sure you arrive early.

*Copies, handwritten documents and expired documents will not be accepted.
*Public utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) and various postal items will not be accepted, even if they have your name printed on them.
※Items with your name printed on them are not acceptable. (For example, one employee ID card or two medical cards are not acceptable.) There must be one official document as the base.
*Please bring all official certificates in the same condition as they were officially issued.
*Lending and borrowing health insurance cards is prohibited by law.
In addition, tampering with or forging identification documents, and using forged identification documents are all criminal acts.

Requests to visitors

This concert is based on the "Guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 at music concerts" announced by the Japan Concert Promoters Association, the Japan Association of Music Businesses, and the Japan Federation of Music Producers, as well as the regulations set by the city where the concert is being held. To ensure that everyone can attend the concert in safety, we have established the following guidelines and all performers and staff will do their best to comply with them.
We would like to ask all customers planning to visit the venue to please read the following information and provide your understanding and cooperation.

◇Information about COCOA (COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App)

・You can receive notifications about Kanousei contact with an infected person by using the COVID-19 contact tracing app. Please install the app and have it running at least two weeks prior to your visit. We will check that you have installed the app when you enter the venue.

◇Please cooperate by wearing a mask, taking your temperature, disinfecting your hands and washing your hands frequently.

・Please bring a mask with you to the venue as we ask that you wear one at all times inside the venue. If you do not wear a mask, you will be denied entry.
・We will set up a temperature measuring station at each entrance and measure the temperature of visitors with a non-contact thermometer. If a visitor has a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, they will be asked to take their temperature again in a designated waiting area, and if there is no change in their temperature, they will be denied entry.
- Disinfectant alcohol will be provided at the entrance and throughout the venue, so please use it.

◇Only electronic tickets will be sold.

・To prevent contact infection, all tickets will be sold as electronic tickets.
・When entering the venue, customers will be asked to show their ticket screen, and staff will check the ticket using a contactless device (stamp). In general, staff will not touch or operate your device when checking the ticket.
・The personal information you register will be kept strictly managed by the organizers for a certain period of time, and will only be used to trace the infection route in the unlikely event that an infection occurs, and will be provided to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary. It will not be used for any other purposes.
・In order to verify your identity and to prevent the spread of infection, you will need to register the personal information of the applicant and accompanying person when applying. Please note that, as a general rule, accompanying persons cannot be replaced.

◇Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled.

・Please note that refunds will not be available even if you are feeling unwell or have Kanousei in close contact with someone else.
・If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, we will have a ticket resale, so please resell your ticket within the period. Details of the resale will be announced at a later date.

Those who fall under any of the following categories will not be allowed to enter the venue and will not be able to receive a refund.

*If you begin to feel unwell or become unwell during your visit, please inform a member of staff immediately.
*Elderly people and those with underlying illnesses who are at high Kanousei of developing serious symptoms if infected, as well as pregnant women and those who Kanousei pregnant, are asked to carefully consider whether or not to attend.

◇ Regarding merchandise sales

・Artist goods will only be sold through the online store. There will be no pick-up or sales at the venue. Please use the online store in advance.

◇Please refrain from shouting out loud while watching the show.

・Please stay in your seat during the performance, and cheering, whistling, etc. are prohibited. Please enjoy the performance by clapping your hands.

◇ Request for regulated exit

・Exits will be regulated. Please wait in your seat until staff guide you to your area.

◇ Regarding viewing

・All seats are reserved and seating arrangement will be determined by the venue's regulations. Even if you are with someone else, you may be asked to leave at least one seat between you.
・We will ventilate the venue frequently, clean using disinfectant, and prepare for the event. In addition, staff may contact you if there is a high risk of infection, such as in close contact with other customers.
・Please note that we will not be lending out earmuffs as a measure to prevent the spread of infection.
・Please refrain from using penlights, light items, fans, or other items that make noise.
- Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue at each performance will not be permitted.
・We will decline gifts for the performers.
・We will decline to accept celebratory flowers such as stand flowers or flower arrangements.

◇Other facilities and equipment within the venue

・Smoking areas within the venue will be closed.
・Bringing alcohol, drinking alcohol inside the venue, and being under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.

◇Infection prevention measures for performers and staff

・Temperature checks and health checks will be conducted on all staff and related parties.
・If an employee is found to be in poor health, such as having a fever, they will not be able to work.
・To prevent droplet infection, wearing masks will be mandatory and face shields will be recommended during work.
- Please disinfect your hands frequently, especially when entering the venue.
・Performers will also be subject to temperature checks and health checks. They will be required to wear masks except when performing.
・If any other unusual circumstances occur, we will immediately cooperate with public health agencies such as local health centers and nearby medical institutions to take swift measures to ensure the health and safety of artists and staff.

Depending on the future spread of COVID-19 and changes to the guidelines of government agencies and industry groups, we may change the measures described above. Depending on the situation, we may be forced to cancel or postpone performances.
