**Ticket Pickup Information for Fan Club Annual/Monthly Members Pre-sale**
If you purchased tickets through the Fan Club Annual/Monthly Members Pre-sale, you will need to exchange your e-ticket for a physical ticket at the venue for security reasons. Please follow the steps below and allow ample time for the exchange.

**How to Pickup Your Tickets:**
Go to the "Ticket Redemption Desk"in the venue lobby. After confirming your name on the app ticket and matching it with a valid photo ID, you will be given your physical ticket. You may then enter through the usual entrance. Tickets will not be replaced if they have been lost, stolen or damaged and you will not be able to enter the venue.

**What to Bring:**
- e-ticket issued via the Official HIGE DANDISM app
- Photo ID (e.g., Passport, Korean Driver’s License, or Resident Registration Card)
- If you're Korean, you don't need to bring an ID in English.
- The same person whose name appears on the e-ticket must show up with their own ID.
