  • *Age restrictions: 3 years old and above, paid admission. Children under 2 years old can watch for free on a lap, but if a seat is required, a fee is charged.

Precautions regarding COVID-19
  • *If the COVID-19 situation worsens significantly, or if it becomes difficult to hold the performance due to government guidance or changes in regulations, we may be forced to cancel the performance.
  • *All performers and staff will do their utmost to prevent infection, and we ask that attendees wear non-woven masks, take their temperature, and disinfect.
  • *You may be denied entry depending on the results of your temperature check at the venue on the day.
  • *Tickets will not be refunded if you are unable to attend due to poor health or Kanousei having been in close contact with an infected person, or if the event organizers decide that you cannot enter.
  • *Seating arrangements will be announced in accordance with the regulations of each venue.

  • Ticket issuing

    On the ticket issuing date of each performance, Ticket Plaza will send you an email with instructions on how to issue your ticket to the email address registered to Plus member ID you entered when applying. Please set your email to receive emails from "mail.plusmember.jp". Seat numbers are scheduled to be displayed 3 days before each performance.
    Tickets can be purchased through the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app."
    Tickets for the applicant and accompanying person will be issued to the smartphone device of the phone number registered at the time of application. Tickets can only be displayed on the mobile phone number registered at the time of application.

For this performance, you will be asked to present the ticket displayed on your smartphone to verify your identity. If any of the following apply to you, please read the precautions and bring your identification with you when you come to the performance.

Guidelines for holding the event
Requests to visitors

This concert is based on the "Guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 at music concerts" announced by the Japan Concert Promoters Association, the Japan Association of Music Businesses, and the Japan Federation of Music Producers, as well as the regulations set by the city where the concert is being held. To ensure that everyone can attend the concert in safety, we have established the following guidelines and all performers and staff will do their best to comply with them.
We would like to ask all customers planning to visit the venue to please read the following information and provide your understanding and cooperation.

◇Please cooperate by wearing a mask, taking your temperature, disinfecting your hands and washing your hands frequently.

- Please refrain from talking to other customers when entering or exiting, when lining up, or while inside the venue.
・When you visitBe sure to bring a non-woven maskIf you do not comply with the above, you will be denied entry.
・We will set up a temperature measuring station at each entrance and measure the temperature of visitors with a non-contact thermometer. If a visitor has a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, they will be asked to wait in a designated waiting area to take their temperature again, and if there is no change in their temperature, they will be denied entry.
- Disinfectant alcohol will be provided at the entrance and throughout the venue, so please use it.

◇ Electronic tickets will be sold

・To prevent contact infection, tickets will be sold as electronic tickets in principle.
・When entering the venue, you will be asked to show your ticket screen to check your ticket. When checking your ticket, staff will generally not touch or operate your device.
・The personal information you register will be kept strictly managed by the organizers for a certain period of time, and will only be used to trace the infection route in the unlikely event that an infection occurs, and will be provided to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary. It will not be used for any other purposes.
・In order to verify your identity and to prevent the spread of infection, you will need to register the personal information of the applicant and accompanying person when applying. Please note that, as a general rule, accompanying persons cannot be replaced.
・Your identity will be verified by showing the ticket displayed on your smartphone.
・If you purchase multiple tickets, the tickets for your companions will be displayed on the smartphone devices of your companions who you registered at the reception desk in advance.
If you do not have a smartphone, please bring your identification documents to the "Special Assistance Desk" located at the front of the venue.
・If the accompanying person in the child seat of the designated parent-child seat does not have a smartphone, they can enter together through the regular entrance lane by displaying the ticket on the applicant's smartphone device.
・All tickets will be issued through the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app." Accordingly, all attendees will be required to obtain Plus member ID and register their age.

◇Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled.

For this "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM SHOCKING NUTS TOUR," there are no plans to offer last-minute refunds, as was the case for the nationwide arena tour "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM one-man tour 2021-2022 -Editorial-."
・Please note that refunds will not be available even if you are feeling unwell or have Kanousei in close contact with someone else.
・If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, we will set up a ticket trading system, so please trade your ticket within the period. For details on ticket trading, please click here.

Please note that anyone falling under any of the following categories will not be allowed to enter the venue, and refunds will not be available after the application period has expired.

*If you begin to feel unwell or become unwell during your visit, please inform a member of staff immediately.
*Elderly people and those with underlying illnesses who are at high Kanousei of developing serious symptoms if infected, as well as pregnant women and those who Kanousei pregnant, are asked to carefully consider whether or not to attend.

◇ Regarding seating arrangements

・Seats for this tour are sold at capacities determined by local governments and venues.
-Due to the venue's capacity and limited seating limits, we plan to seat other groups in front, behind, or on either side of you with no empty seats in between.
・If the capacity limit in each area changes due to circumstances, the ticket distribution conditions Kanousei change. We will inform you of any changes.

◇ Regarding merchandise sales

We plan to sell merchandise at the venue on the day of the performance in consideration of the impact of COVID-19, but there is Kanousei we will limit the items available and the number of items available for sale, so please use online shopping in advance via the EC site to reduce congestion at the sales floor. Details of the implementation and infection prevention measures will be announced at a later date.

◇Please refrain from shouting out loud while watching the show.

・Please stay in your seat during the performance, and cheering, whistling, etc. are prohibited. Please enjoy the performance by clapping your hands.
*Please refrain from conversations with other customers even before and after the performance.*

◇ Request for regulated entry and exit

・Please arrive at the venue with plenty of time to spare. Depending on the venue, admission may be restricted by seating arrangements.
・Exits will be regulated. Please wait in your seat until staff guide you to your area.
・Please refrain from dining with other customers before and after the show, and please go straight home.

◇ Regarding viewing

All seats will be reserved and the number and arrangement of seats will be determined by the venue's regulations.
・We will ventilate the venue frequently, clean using disinfectant, and prepare for the event. In addition, staff may contact you if there is a high risk of infection, such as in close contact with other customers.
・We will thoroughly disinfect the facility and provide earmuffs for rental.
・Please refrain from using penlights, light items, fans, or other items that make noise.
- Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue at each performance will not be permitted.
・We will decline gifts for the performers.

◇Other facilities and equipment within the venue

・Smoking areas within the venue will be closed.
・Bringing alcohol, drinking alcohol inside the venue, and being under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.

◇Infection prevention measures for performers and staff

・Temperature checks and health checks will be conducted on all staff and related parties.
・If an employee is found to be in poor health, such as having a fever, they will not be able to work.
・To prevent droplet infection, wearing masks will be mandatory and face shields will be recommended during work.
- Please disinfect your hands frequently, especially when entering the venue.
・Performers will also be subject to temperature checks and health checks. They will be required to wear masks except when performing.
・If any other unusual circumstances occur, we will immediately cooperate with public health agencies such as local health centers and nearby medical institutions to take swift measures to ensure the health and safety of artists and staff.

Depending on the future spread of COVID-19 and changes to the guidelines of government agencies and industry groups, we may change the measures described above. Depending on the situation, we may be forced to cancel or postpone performances.
